The method follows your goal
Opening an overgrown field and clearing land for construction require different work. We may use one method or combine several.
A mulcher on a track loader processes brush and suitable trees into ground cover. This approach can reduce hauling and disturbance when the goal is usable acreage. It does not replace stump removal where roots must come out.
For areas that need further site prep, an excavator removes stumps and roots within the agreed clearing limits. We discuss the builder’s needs and any separate grading or compaction work before starting.
The plan may include mulching material in place, hauling debris as needed, or piling it for permitted disposal. We agree on the method and what is included in the quote after looking at access and site conditions.
