Clients must provide at least 48 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling of services.

Barked Up Forestry reserves the right to reschedule services due to inclement weather, equipment issues, or unforeseen circumstances.

5. Customer Responsibilities

Clients must disclose any known hazards, such as underground utilities, septic systems, or other potential obstacles before work begins.

Property access must be ensured for scheduled service days.
